Forgot ID/Password?

If you forgot your ID that you registered with us, send email to PayGate administrator or call us, we will inform you after authentication process.
Password comprised of 6 characters including special characters, is what only you can remember. If you forgot your password or it is expired, you should receive a temporary password.
Then you can change to a new password. Password must be changed every 3 months, and we will inform you by email as it is about to expire.
