Shopping Link Usage Guide for merchants

1. 쇼핑링크란 무엇인가?

1. What is Shopping Link

• 쇼핑을 위한 짧은 URL 입니다. http://bit.ly/dd7ddI 지금 클릭해 보세요
  Shopping Link is short URL. try to click http://bit.ly/dd7ddI
• 이 링크는 상점이 원하는 모든 인터넷에 게시할 수 있습니다.
  the link can be located on any sites or services (ex. twitter, email, sms, facebook and so on)
• 잠재적인 구매자는 이 링크를 클릭만 하면 상품을 구매할 수 있습니다. 결제창은 상품과 상점 정보로 이루어져 있습니다.
  Customer click on this link to purchase for good. A payment screen is opened with product image & purchase info.
• 결제는 PayGate 의 OpenPayAPI* 로 진행됩니다.
  The payment screen is powered by PayGate OpenPayAPI.
• 사용자는 구매정보를 입력하고 "결제" 버튼을 클릭하여 가이드 되는 화면에 따라 결제를 진행합니다.
  User input customer info, click on Pay then follow the on screen guide to complete the payment.
• 쇼핑링크 화면 우측 상단에 "쇼핑링크란?" 버튼을 클릭하여 쇼핑링크를 만드는 순서를 확인할 수 있습니다.
  Click on "What is Shopping Link" button on top of "Create Shopping Link" form for more details.

2. 쇼핑 링크 관리하기

2. Shopping Link Management

2.1 상점 관리자 페이지에서 쇼핑링크 페이지로 이동합니다.

2.1 Access Shopping Link section from Merchant Administration

• 상점 관리페이지의 왼쪽 메뉴바를 이용합니다.
  In Merchant Administration, left side menu bar
• 부가 서비스 – 쇼핑 링크 메뉴를 클릭합니다.
  Select "Additional Service" -> "Shopping Link" to open Shopping Link management section.

2.2 쇼핑 링크 생성하기

2.2 Create Shopping Link

• "쇼핑링크생성" 버튼을 클릭하여 쇼핑링크를 생성합니다.
  Enter Link information into the "Create Shopping Link" form then click on "Create Shopping Link" button to save the Link.
• 새로 생성된 쇼핑링크 목록이 하단에 배치됩니다.
  The newly created Link is listed on the list under the creation form.
• 빠른 생성 및 자세한 생성 기능을 지원합니다.
  There are 2 modes for Link creation: Quick Creation & Full Creation
• 거래 방식 (카드, 휴대폰, 무통장입금) 별 언어별 (한중일영) 생성이 가능합니다.

2.2.1 빠른 생성

2.2.1 Quick Creation

• 기본 정보만으로 빠르게 생성합니다.
  Create shopping link quickly with basic information       

• 상품 이름, 상품 코드, 가격 등 쇼핑링크의 기본정보만을 기록합니다.
  Good Name, Good Code, Unit Price are basic information of a Shopping Link
• 나중에 추가적으로 상세 설명, 상품 수량, 상품 이미지등을 추가로 입력할 수 있습니다.
  The other information (description, quantity, product image can be inputted later using management view)

2.2.2 세부 옵션을 이용한 생성

2.2.2 Full Creation

• 모든 정보를 기록하여 상품을 생성합니다.
  Create Shopping Link with completed information

• 추가 정보를 기록합니다.
  Additional information includes: Description, Quantity, Product Image (URL), Default Display Language.
• Product Image only accept an URL.
• Merchant should upload their product image to their favorite photo sharing website (flickr, picasa, etc…) then copy the URL to this field.

2.3. 쇼핑링크 관리하기

2.3 Manage Your Shopping Link

쇼핑링크 관리영역을 통해 쇼핑링크를 관리합니다.

Using the management view, merchant can manage Shopping Links.

2.3.1 쇼핑링크 관리 열고 닫기

2.3.1 Open/Close Shopping Link management view

• 우측 연필 모양의 아이콘을 통해 해당 쇼핑링크를 관리합니다.
  In order to open Management View, click on the "Pencil" icon on Shopping Link list

• 모든 편집이 완료되면 우측 하단의 "닫기" 버튼을 통해 관리창을 닫을 수 있습니다.
  In order to close the Management View, click on the "Close" button placed at the bottom

2.3.2 SNS 에 쇼핑링크와 추가 설명을 기록하기

2.3.2 SNS posting

• 상점 관리자는 트위터나 미투데이에 즉시 내용을 기록할 수 있습니다.
  Merchant can create post with this link and submit it to twitter (twitter.com) or me2day (me2day) from the Management View.
• 하단의 "포스트" 메뉴을 클릭하여 쇼핑 링크 정보를 포스팅 합니다.
  Click on "Postings" tab to switch to posting view

• 기본 포스팅 내용을 수정합니다. (포스팅 가능 글수가 카운팅 됩니다.)
  Edit the message (there is char counter)
• 로그인 정보를 기록합니다.
  Enter login information to twitter or me2day appropriately.
• Update 버튼을 클릭합니다.
  Click on "Update" button to send message.

2.3.3. 세부 정보

2.3.3 View Detail

• "세부정보" 탭을 클릭합니다.
  Click on "Detail Information" to view Link detail
• 상품의 사진, 제품 설명 그리고 QRcode 가 생성됩니다.
  Product Image, Link brief information and QrCode of Link are shown

2.3.4 QrCode 사용

2.3.4 Copy QrCode Data URI

• QrCode 는 스마트폰 사용자가 빠르게 링크로 방문할 수 있게 합니다.
  QrCode can help Smart Phone users to quickly save to Link url for later visiting or sending to some one else.
• QrCode Data URI 는 QrCode 를 빠르게 다른 싸이트에 복사할 수 있게 도와쥡니다.
  QrCode Data URI make it easy to paste the Link QrCode to other site.
• QrCode의 Data URI 를 보려면 QrCode 이미지 하단의 "복사" 버튼을 클릭하면 됩니다.
  Data URI of the Link QRCode can be displayed then copied by clicking on "Copy" button (placed under the QRCode Image)
• 팝업으로 데이타 내용이 보이게 됩니다. 컨트롤+A (전체선택), 컨트롤+C(복사) 기능으로 내용을 복사합니다.
  A popup window are shown, there is a text view that filled with the QrCode Data URI. Merchant can select all the content by pressing Ctrl +A, then copy it with Ctrl +C.

2.3.5 편집

2.3.5 Edit

• " 편집" 탭을 클릭합니다.
  Click on tab "Edit" to open Link Editor
• 이 편집 화면을 통해 상점 관리자는 상품 이름, 상품 가격, 결제 방식(카드, 계좌이체, 휴대폰), 상세 설명, 상품 수량, 상품 이미지 등을 수정할 수 있습니다.
  In this Editor, merchant can modify Good Name, Unit Price, Payment method, Description, Quantity, Product Image & Default display language

2.3.6 상품 삭제

2.3.6 Delete shopping link

• 쇼핑링크 리스트에서 왼쪽 ㅁ 박스를 체크하여 삭제할 대상을 선정하여 "쇼핑링크 삭제" 버튼을 클릭합니다.
  On the list of Shopping Link, select the item(s) that should be deleted then click on "Delete Shopping Link(s)" button
• 한번더 확인하여 삭제합니다.
  A confirm message is shown to make sure the item(s) should be deleted.

2.3.7 상품 판매 결과 보기

2.3.7 View Report

• 리포 트 탭을 클릭하여 판매 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
  Click on "Report" tab to view statistical information of the selected link
• 이 정보는 쇼핑링크가 클릭된 횟수, 상품이 판매된 갯수, 남은 상품의 수를 보여줍니다.
  These information include: number of visiting, number of item were sold, the remaining.

2.4. 쇼핑링크 테스트

2.4 Test Your Shopping Link

• " 쇼핑링크"를 클릭하여 테스트 해볼 수 있습니다.
  Created Shopping Link can be tested by merchant.
• 쇼핑링크 목록에서 "결제 URL"을 클릭하여 결제를 진행해 보십시오
  On the Shopping Link list, click on the Payment URL to pop up the purchase window.
